My Name is Chris Holt.

For over ten years I have been working as a senior and lead creative for various companies, leading teams of designers, dealing with stakeholders and clients, as well as mentoring junior members of the team.

I am well experienced in getting the best out of my team as well as dealing with stakeholders and management above me to produce the best results for all involved.

Having worked in user centred digital design since 2006, I've worked on major projects for a number of well-known companies such as The Bodyshop, The BBC, Sky and Jet2. As well as in-house roles I have worked with agencies on brands such as Adidas, Mars, Lucozade, Suntory, Oakley, De Beers, AB Inbev and more.

During this time I have built up a wealth of technical skills due to a vey hands on approach. I always keep up to date with industry best practices and software.

Everything from initial research, scamping out user journeys, creating design systems and the company brand guidelines. From art directing photoshoots down to making animated GIFs for social media.

I've worked on projects for well respected international names such as L'Oreal, Hallmark, Suntory, SKY, AB InBev, Mars, Oakley, Pernod Ricard and the Otto Group as well as great British institutions such as The BBC, The National Gallery, Marks & Spencer and The Body Shop International.
